01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, submitting an enquiry, or engaging Clickbait ("we", "us", "the Company") for services, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use this website or our services.

02Services Description

Clickbait is a performance marketing agency. We work with businesses worldwide to build and scale paid customer acquisition. An engagement may include ad account audits, offer and funnel strategy, creative production, landing page development, conversion tracking setup, media buying across Meta and Google, and ongoing reporting.

The exact scope, duration and fees for your engagement are defined in the proposal or service agreement signed by both parties, which takes precedence over this page wherever the two differ.

03Eligibility

This website and our services are intended for businesses, not consumers. By submitting an enquiry or engaging us, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are acting on behalf of a business, and have the authority to enter into an agreement for it.
• All information you provide is accurate and complete.
• You agree to maintain professional and respectful conduct throughout.

04Pricing — Paid Consultation

This website charges a consultation fee of 59 AED (fifty-nine UAE Dirhams), payable in advance through our payment provider before the application form is made available.

That single fee covers:

• A review of your ad account, funnel and current creative, prepared in advance.
• A 30-minute strategy call with a Clickbait strategist.
• A written summary of what we would change, whether or not you go on to work with us.

It is a one-time charge, not a subscription. Nothing is billed to you again automatically. If you go on to engage us, the 59 AED is adjusted against your first invoice.

05Applications

Paying the consultation fee and submitting the application form:

• Does not create an ongoing service contract between us, and does not guarantee that we will work together beyond the consultation.
• Gives us permission to contact you by email or phone about your application.

We accept a limited number of retainer clients and may decline to work together beyond the consultation at our sole discretion. An ongoing relationship begins only when a written proposal or service agreement is signed by both parties and the first invoice is paid.

06Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website, and all frameworks, templates, scripts, processes, dashboards and reporting systems provided by Clickbait, are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company. Clients and their staff are strictly prohibited from:

• Sharing our materials with anyone outside the engagement.
• Recording calls or meetings without written permission.
• Reproducing, reselling or redistributing any of our content or systems.

Creative assets produced specifically for your brand become your property once the invoice covering them is paid in full. We may reference your brand and results in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

07Fees, Currency and Taxes

Fees are quoted and invoiced in the currency stated in your agreement, which for international clients is normally USD. Retainers are invoiced in advance and are due on the date stated in your agreement. Late payment may result in campaigns being paused until the account is settled.

Unless stated otherwise, our fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes, GST, VAT, withholding tax, bank transfer fees and currency conversion charges. Where your local law requires you to withhold tax on payments to us, the invoiced amount is grossed up so that we receive the agreed fee in full.

Advertising spend is separate from our fees and is paid by you directly to the advertising platform.

08Client Responsibilities

• Provide timely access to ad accounts, analytics, product data and brand assets.
• Ensure all products, claims and creative you supply comply with the laws of your market and the advertising platforms' policies.
• Respond to approval requests within a reasonable time so campaigns are not delayed.
• Fund your own advertising spend and keep a valid payment method on the ad platforms.

09No Guarantee of Results

Advertising performance depends on many factors outside our control, including your offer, pricing, product quality, market conditions, competition and platform algorithm changes. We do not guarantee any specific revenue, ROAS, lead volume or growth figure. Case studies, screenshots and testimonials shown on this website reflect the results of specific clients and are not typical or promised outcomes.

10Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep commercially sensitive information disclosed during the engagement confidential, and to use it only for the purpose of delivering the services.

11Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the engagement is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost revenue, ad account suspensions or restrictions imposed by third-party platforms, or data loss.

12Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India, regardless of where you or your business are located. The courts of Surat, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

Before commencing proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith through direct discussion for a period of 30 days.

13Changes

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The version published on this page at the time you use the website or our services is the one that applies.
