Refund Policy

01What You Are Paying For

This website charges a consultation fee of 59 AED, payable in advance through our payment provider. It reserves a 30-minute strategy call with a Clickbait strategist, together with the review of your ad account and funnel that we prepare before that call.

The fee is charged once. It is not a subscription, and nothing is billed to you again automatically.

If you go on to engage us, the 59 AED is adjusted against your first invoice.

02Rescheduling Your Call

Plans change, and moving your call is free. You can reschedule as many times as you need, at no charge, as long as you tell us at least 24 hours before the scheduled slot.

To reschedule, email clickbaitco.business@gmail.com with the name and email you used at checkout, and we will send you a new slot.

If you miss the call without telling us, that slot is gone. Write to us and we will try to fit you in again, though we cannot promise it during busy weeks.

If we are the ones unable to hold the call, we will reschedule you into the earliest slot we have.

03The Consultation Fee Is Non-Refundable

The 59 AED is not refunded once paid, under any circumstances. The moment you book, a strategist's time is blocked out for you and the review of your ad account and funnel is prepared ahead of the call. That work is done whether or not you attend.

This applies to every reason, including a change of mind, a scheduling clash, or simply not showing up. Free, unlimited rescheduling is the remedy we offer instead of a refund, and it is why the fee stays where it is.

This is a business-to-business service, not a consumer purchase, and consumer cooling-off or withdrawal rights do not apply.

04Ongoing Engagements Are Non-Refundable

Everything above concerns the 59 AED consultation fee only. Once you engage Clickbait on a retainer or project, those payments are final and non-refundable, because team capacity is reserved for your account and proprietary strategy, creative and systems are delivered immediately. That includes:

• Change of mind
• Lack of participation or delayed approvals on your side
• Scheduling conflicts
• Personal or internal business reasons
• Failure to achieve expected results

05Commitment Acknowledgment

By engaging our services, you acknowledge that:

• You are committing to a structured, time-bound engagement.
• Results depend on your effort, your offer, and how quickly you implement.
• Access to our intellectual property begins immediately upon engagement.

06Advertising Spend

Media spend is paid by you directly to Meta, Google or the relevant platform. It never passes through us, so we cannot refund it. Refunds or credits for ad spend are handled by that platform under its own policies.

07Currency, Taxes and Transfer Charges

Invoices are payable in the currency stated on them. Bank transfer fees, intermediary bank charges, currency conversion losses and any local taxes or withholding are your responsibility and are not refundable by us. If a payment reaches us short of the invoiced amount because of such charges, the balance remains payable.

08Cancellation

You may cancel an ongoing engagement with the written notice period stated in your agreement. You are invoiced for the notice period and not beyond it. Fees already paid for the current period are not refunded.

09Exceptional Cases

Clickbait reviews exceptional cases at its sole discretion and is under no obligation to provide a refund in any of them.

If we fail to deliver the agreed scope in a given period, tell us first. We will make it right with additional work at no charge, which is how we put things right rather than by refunding.

10Chargebacks

Unauthorised payment disputes or chargebacks may result in:

• Immediate termination of access to our services and your campaigns
• Permanent restriction from future services
• Recovery actions for unpaid fees, including collection costs
